Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in mixing and serving beverages, as well as your knowledge of various drink recipes, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Process customer payments using cash handling techniques
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their overall experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers seated at the bar
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and calculating tips
- Experience with a point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle cash register operations efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with catering events and banquet service is beneficial
